2010 Auslese Riesling: $25 (375ml)

A small block of our oldest Riesling vines were reserved for late harvest to produce this delicious dessert wine. The style is deliberately Germanic, hence the use of the name "Auslese". The concentration of fruit, sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony. Disarmingly fresh in youth, this lovely wine will evolve for years.
